The Winning Team operates as a contract decorator, exclusively serving promotional product distributors and professionals within the custom apparel industry. We do not sell directly to end-users.

We specialize in a full range of apparel decoration services, including but not limited to, screen printing, embroidery, and Direct to Film. We also offer Fulfillment and specialty packaging and shipping services. We focus on providing high-quality decoration for your provided apparel blanks.

Our standard turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days after final artwork approval and receipt of all necessary blanks. However, larger or more complex orders may require additional time. We always strive to provide accurate timelines during the quoting process.

All completed orders are shipped directly from our production facility located in The Greater Los Angeles area. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

We offer two pre-production sample for Screen printing, Embroidery and DTF. Screen Printing Physical samples, which incur a setup fee of $25 per color per screen and $20 per print location, with a subsequent $15 per color production setup fee upon approval; or, for expedited approval, a digital proof via photo of the first item off the machine, requiring a response within 10-15 minutes. After the waiting period, we must tear down the job and keep the presses printing. Embroidery We charge a Digitizing + 1.50 per 1000 stitches. DTF There is no surcharge other than the initial cost of the sample + application.

We prefer vector artwork files in formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF for optimal print quality. Raster images may be accepted, but they must be high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) to ensure clear and crisp results.
