Spot Color Printing

Spot color printing in screen printing is a process where specific colors of ink are applied directly to the design areas on a garment. Each color is printed separately using a screen for each spot color, producing crisp, vibrant prints. This method is ideal for simple designs with limited colors, ensuring accuracy and color consistency.

Simulated Process

Simulated process printing is a technique in screen printing that uses a combination of halftones and spot colors to create full-color designs. Unlike traditional process printing, it works on both light and dark garments, producing photorealistic images with fewer colors. This method is perfect for achieving complex, detailed designs with a smooth blend of shades and tones.

High Opacity White

Our white inks have a higher pigment concentration, allowing them to block out the garment's color and maintain a solid, vibrant white layer. High opacity whites are commonly used as an underbase for printing lighter colors on dark fabrics or as a standalone white print.

Vintage Look & Soft Hand

We have perfected techniques used to create a print that feels smooth and soft to the touch on the garment. This is achieved by using water-based or discharge inks, or by reducing the amount of ink applied with traditional plastisol. The result is a lightweight, flexible print that integrates more naturally with the fabric, making it more comfortable to wear without the thick, raised feel of standard prints.

Specialty Inks

Specialty inks in screen printing are designed to add unique effects and elevate the visual appeal of a design. Glow-in-the-dark ink absorbs light during the day and emits a glowing effect in the dark, making it a popular choice for novelty designs or special event garments. Metallic ink, which contains fine metallic flakes, creates a shiny, reflective finish that adds a luxurious touch, often used for logos or decorative elements. Crystallina ink, with its fine glitter particles, produces a sparkling effect that enhances a design by catching light and adding shimmer, often used as an overlay to give a glittery finish. These specialty inks offer creative ways to make prints stand out with decorative effects beyond standard inks.

Puff Ink

Puff ink is a specialty ink used in screen printing that expands when heated, creating a raised, three-dimensional effect on the surface of the garment. This texture adds depth and a unique tactile feel to designs, making it perfect for creating standout logos, lettering, or graphic elements.

Puff ink has grown in popularity recently due to its ability to add a modern, eye-catching dimension to prints that customers love. It's commonly used in streetwear and fashion brands to create bold, elevated designs that grab attention, giving apparel a fresh and trendy look.
