What services does The Winning Team offer?We specialize in a full range of apparel decoration services, including but not limited to, screen printing, embroidery, and Direct to Film. We also offer Fulfillment and specialty packaging and shipping services. We focus on providing high-quality decoration for your provided apparel blanks.

How long do orders take to complete?Our standard turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days after final artwork approval and receipt of all necessary blanks. However, larger or more complex orders may require additional time. We always strive to provide accurate timelines during the quoting process.

Where do orders ship from?All completed orders are shipped directly from our production facility located in The Greater Los Angeles area. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Where should I ship my blanks?Please ship all blank apparel items to our receiving department at the following address: The Winning Team, Inc 27833 Avenue Hopkins Suite 3 Santa Clarita, CA 91355 Be sure to include your purchase order number, our sales order number and your company name on all shipments.

Are you part of PSST?Yes, we’re proud members of the Pack Separately Ship Together (PSST) program. This distinction reflects our commitment to excellence in the custom apparel industry and the trust our customers place in us. PSST membership is earned through high volume drop shipping performance from SanMar.

Can you match Pantone colors?Yes, we have the capability to accurately match Pantone colors for your printed designs, ensuring brand consistency and precise color reproduction.

How can I place an order?To place an order, please contact your sales representative or send your purchase order and job specifications using our PO Upload form.

How can I request a quote?For a personalized quote, please email your artwork files and detailed job specifications, including garment type, quantity, and desired decoration methods, to quotes@thewinningteam.com.

Do you offer pre-production proofs?We offer two pre-production sample for Screen printing, Embroidery and DTF. Screen Printing Physical samples, which incur a setup fee of $25 per color per screen and $20 per print location, with a subsequent $15 per color production setup fee upon approval; or, for expedited approval, a digital proof via photo of the first item off the machine, requiring a response within 10-15 minutes. After the waiting period, we must tear down the job and keep the presses printing. Embroidery We charge a Digitizing + 1.50 per 1000 stitches. DTF There is no surcharge other than the initial cost of the sample + application.

What kind of artwork must I supply?We prefer vector artwork files in formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF for optimal print quality. Raster images may be accepted, but they must be high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) to ensure clear and crisp results.
