1 - Select from the garments below and click on the image to download the appropriate template.

2 - Print out the template and draw or write what you want done and where each logo should be placed.

3 - Email or fax your completed form to The Winning Team - 661.295-0991 or sales@thewinningteam.com.

4 - One of our sales reps will contact you to arrange for payment.  Our art department will create a design proof before we start garment production.

5 - We'll print, assemble and ship your garments - all in about 2 weeks.
