1 - Select from the garments below and download the appropriate template.

2 - Print out the template and draw or write what you want done and where each logo should be placed.

3 -Email or fax your completed form to The Winning Team - 661.295-0991 or sales@thewinningteam.com.

4 - Our art department will create a design proof before we start garment production.

5 - We'll print, stitch and ship your garments.
