Simulated Process

We offer many specialty printing techniques to get your project done the right way.

Platisol, water-based discharge inks as well as other unique options like metallics, glow-in-the-dark and plasti-charge. Call us to discuss your next project.

Traditional Plastisol

Color vibrancy (brightness, saturation) is where Plastisol shines, especially on darker garments. Water-based inks can produce a vibrant print on lighter garment colors, but still not as well. When you need your colors to be rich and brilliant and pop off the print, go with Plastisol screen printing. It’s one of the reasons it remains the long-time industry standard.

Discharge Base

This type of ink, often used with water-based inks, leaves nothing at all behind– in fact, it takes something away. Discharge ink has a chemical that essentially bleaches the dye out of the garments. It’s especially useful for dark or colored garments, but can only be used effectively on 100% cotton. When you “discharge” the dye from a garment, you’re creating an (almost) white base.

Plasticharge

Plasticharge is the best of both worlds. Used on dark garments when a super soft hand is required. This ink removes a majority of the color/dye from the garment while embedding a light layer of plastisol ink. The result are vivid colors, soft hand and a long lasting print. Plasticharge may not be the best choice for ultra high detail however it's perfect for large coverage areas.

High Quality Polyester Thread

We only use the finest threads imported from Germany. Ackermann / Isacord and Madeira are the best available. Your logos will have superior color, fastness and abrasion resitance.

Metallic Thread

Looking for a stitch that shines? Let us embroidery your next project with metallic thread. Available in gold, silver and copper as well as several color options.

Apliqué

Apliqués are a great way to cover large areas while reducing stitch count. Apliqués can be solid or even have logos printed on them. Athletic team names and player names are also the perfect time to use an Apliqué. Precision cut for a perfect look every time.
